I offer a FREE 20 minute consultation by telephone - this gives you the chance to find out more about counselling and CBT sessions and how we can work together.
Adult
£60
Face to face - we work together in a private, safe and confidential space for 50 minutes.
Video or telephone call- we work together in our own private, safe and confidential spaces for 50 minutes. I recommend using personal headphones.
Young Person
£55
Face to face - we work together in a private, safe and confidential space for 40-45 minutes. The length of session agreed to suit the young persons needs.
We can also meet online/video or on the telephone, in our own private spaces.
Trainee Counsellor
£50
A counselling student? Need 40 hours or more of personal therapy? I can offer you a reduced rate helping you to find your Headway...
Older Adults - on location
Price on request
For older adults who cannot leave their home, I can offer you personalised counselling at your location. This may also include a shorter session to suit your needs, so please get in touch to ask for more details.
